Control of energy bills

Objectif

  • Obtain comprehensive contextual and technical knowledge around electricity and natural gas supplies,
  • Learn to read and decipher all the billing and monitoring documents made available by energy suppliers.
  • Acquire the ability to control and identify all the errors that may be hidden in the invoices transmitted and understand the challenges for customers to control their natural gas and electricity bills.
  • Learn how to recover overpayments.

Length of training

theory: 8:30pm + follow-up and control: 2 pm (2 days 6 months apart)

Educational organization

Delivered in Face-to-face (some modules can be made in remote).

Alternating training: transmission of information, exchanges, practical exercises, follow-up, assistance and controls.

Evaluation and monitoring procedures

Evaluation during and at the end of the training in the form of oral and/or written questioning and by means of exercises to measure the achievement of the training objectives.

Follow-up and control: 2 p.m.

  • 1 day 6 months after the training
  • 1 day 12 months after the training.

Content of the training

  • The electricity market, the gas market, their prospects, the different tariff structures that coexist and the economic challenges they pose;
  • TURPE, ATRT, ATRD, their definitions, their components and terms, their calculation formulas and their revision principles;
  • Contributions, additional costs and taxes, their application and their revision principles;
  • Administrative materials: the contract, the electricity bill, the natural gas bill and the various summaries;
  • Billing controls, the analytical materials to be used, the control methods to be applied and the points of vigilance to be observed;
  • Complaints, their supports, the steps to be followed, the various remedies in the event of a dispute, control bodies and the monitoring of recoveries;
  • Analysis of the functioning of the service with establishment of a balance sheet;
  • The establishment of a technical framework for the management of these controls and recoveries.

Prerequisites

No minimum knowledge requirements but a technical prerequisite for remote learning: be equipped with a computer and a sufficiently fluid internet connection.

Average rate communicated for information purposes only - the actual price is adjusted to your specific needs (enlargement, modification, etc.):

  • Single person: €80/hour of dispensation, i.e. €2,760.
  • Group: 2,000 €/person for up to 4 participants then discounted prices for up to 8 participants.

After receiving this quote and signing the contractual agreement, training can start within a minimum of 3 weeks.

Anyone with a disability can take advantage of it by indicating it when requesting a quote.
The feasibility of hosting it will be studied on a case-by-case basis.
If this is not possible, the person will be directed to an alternative solution adapted to their needs.
In the event of reception, we will implement all the necessary adaptations and adjustments to ensure that his training is provided in an optimal and adapted manner.
